Things to know:
We do not have any keys or access to any of the properties. Other than the physical location and legal description of the property we are given no information about the property, such as square footage of buildings and number of bedrooms/bathrooms.
All sales are held at 10:00 am on the date scheduled.
In order to bid on a property you must be present at the auction with cash or cashier’s check(s). We cannot sell a property to someone and then allow them to go get the money. At the time of the auction, the civil clerk will check that those bidding have the funds in hand before they are allowed to bid.
